Welcome to the Bauddhaloka Foundation
The Four Noble Truths
The Four Noble Truths are the foundation of Buddhist teachings. They are the truth of suffering, the truth of the cause of suffering, the truth of the end of suffering, and the truth of the path to the end of suffering.
The Eightfold Path
The Eightfold Path is the path to the end of suffering. It is a practical guide to living a moral, ethical, and mindful life. The Eightfold Path consists of right view, right intention, right speech, right action, right livelihood, right effort, right mindfulness, and right concentration
The Three Jewels
The Three Jewels are the Buddha, the Dharma, and the Sangha. They are the objects of refuge for Buddhists. The Buddha is the Enlightened One, the Dharma is the teachings of the Buddha, and the Sangha is the community of Buddhist practitioners.
"Thus you should train yourselves We will listen when discourses that are words of the Tathagata"
Deep, deep in their meaning, transcendent, connected with emptiness — are being recited. We will lend ear, will set our hearts on knowing them, will regard these teachings as worth grasping & mastering.’ That’s how you should train yourselves.”
